Agreement
These terms govern your use of the 151 Coffee website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website. Buying a drink in one of our stores, and taking part in our rewards program, are governed separately.
What this site is for
The site exists to tell you about 151 Coffee: where our stores are, what they sell, what it is like to work for us, and how to get in touch. It is an information site. You cannot order or pay through it.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and we do not always succeed.
Menu items change. A drink shown here may be unavailable at the store you visit, seasonal items come and go, and a store may sell something not listed.
Prices, where shown, are indicative and may differ by location and over time. The price at the point of sale is the price.
Opening hours change, particularly on holidays and in bad weather. Please call the store if your trip depends on it.
Nutritional and allergen information, where given, is a guide. Our drinks are prepared by hand in stores that handle milk, nuts, soy and gluten, so we cannot guarantee that any drink is free of a given allergen or free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, speak to staff in the store before ordering. Do not rely on this website to make that decision. Our allergen information page explains what is in our stores and why cross-contact is unavoidable.
Your use of the site
Please do not:
- Break the law with it, or use it to harm anyone.
- Attempt to reach parts of it that are not public, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl or copy it at a volume that degrades it for other people.
- Submit anything through our forms that is false, abusive, or not yours to send.
- Impersonate anyone, including us.
- Upload anything malicious.
If you think you have found a security problem, please tell us rather than exploiting it. Write to Contact@151Coffee.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports something in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
Anything you send us
If you send us a message, an idea, a suggestion or feedback through this site, you give us permission to use it in running and improving our business, without owing you payment or credit. Please do not send us confidential information through the contact form. It is not the right channel for it.
We can remove any submission, and we can decline to respond.
Our content
The name 151 Coffee, our logo, our drink names, our photography, our written copy and the design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may look at the site, print a page for your own use, and share links to it. You may not republish our content, use our branding as your own, or present our material as yours. Press and media inquiries are welcome at the address below.
Job applications
Our careers page sends you to a third-party job board to apply. That application, and what happens to the information in it, is between you and that provider under their terms. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment.
Links elsewhere
We link to other sites, including Google Maps and our social media profiles. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that it will meet any particular need. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 151 Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including any loss caused by relying on information here that turned out to be out of date.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we each agree to that.
