SMS Terms

These terms cover 151 Coffee Rewards text messages. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which describes what we do with your phone number.

What the program is

When you give us your phone number in store we enroll that number in 151 Coffee Rewards. Your number is how we identify your account and credit your stars. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Subscribers may receive recurring automated text messages related to 151 Coffee’s products, services, promotions, loyalty programs, order notifications, or marketing communications. Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 8 times a month.

Stopping and starting

You can stop promotional texts at any time. Just text “STOP” in the same thread you’re recieving your texts from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will you will be unsubscribed. Texting ‘START’ to that number at any point afterward will add you back to the text lists.

You will still earn and redeem stars, and we will still send you messages about your account and your rewards. If you want to join again, reply START and we will start sending promotional SMS messages to you again.

Eligibility, carriers and rates
This program is available to US mobile numbers, age 13 and over. Not all carriers support the program, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your phone number

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers. How we store, use and delete your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy.
